TIP: CALF RAISES can really help increase your jumping abilities, men & women! This weekend, I will begin doing 2,000 or more per day as I did while in College! 1,000 every morning & 1,000 every night. During the Summer is when I really try to increase my ATHLETICISM to give me an edge over my opponents!

Doing LOTS of calf raises will help strengthen your calves, ankles & feet, helping you to become a better athlete!!
*You can do 800-1,000 per day. In sets! Example: 100-200 per set, then rest for a minute or two then repeat until you reach your target. I like to do 2 sets of 500, rest & then repeat. I also love doing CALF RAISES while I'm just standing around... In line at a grocery store, or while waiting for the train or a taxi. There's always a way to improve! #BeTheMVP
